Crash causes M4 traffic delays

TRAFFIC jams are building on the M4 near Chippenham after a crash this morning.
The collision, which occurred in the fast lane at about 8am on the eastbound carriageway near Junction 17, has resulted in part of the road being blocked and police are urging motorists to avoid the area.
