Going nowhere

MAY I ask if the number 17 bus that runs weekdays at 7.17am past the parade to Penhill is for the use of the public or just to give the drivers of Thamesdown transport a run out in the mornings?

I ask, because in the last year I would have caught this bus regularly ­ if it stopped ­ as would other passengers

But it just passes us with a Not In Service sign.

I work nights as a care assistant and would like to get home after a ten-hour shift without having to watch this bus with only the driver on board go by each morning.

Pick us up please ­ who knows, one day you may depend on us poor care workers.
