Date is set over misconduct claims

NURSE David Bowles will be appearing at a hearing to face charges of sexual misconduct against two children under the age of 11.

The 43-year-old, from Swindon, will go before the NMC Professional Conduct Committee.

The alleged incidents took place between 1975 to 1989.

The nurse has already been cautioned by the police for these charges, which it is claimed he failed to disclose to his employers.

The week-long hearing, which starts at 9am on Monday, November 21, will take place at the NMC Chamber, in Portland Place, London.

The hearing is open to the public.
