Shoeboxes galore

I would like to express my gratitude to the staff of two shoe shops in Marlborough High Street, namely Clark's and Pavilion, who have been incredibly helpful in supplying empty shoeboxes for the 2005 Operation Christmas Child shoebox appeal.

Since January, they have not only been saving/storing empty shoeboxes for me but also maintaining regular contact to arrange collection. With their help I have managed to obtain in excess of 350 shoeboxes, which are already being filled, ready for distribution to children in many different countries. On behalf of the Operation Christmas Child Appeal, I would like to offer all those concerned my heartfelt thanks.
