Premier Division leaders Southbrook lost their first game of the season away to Queensfield.
Both teams battled it out for 90 minutes but Queensfield took three well-deserved points with a 2-0 victory.
Danny Hiscocks and Michael Chivers scored the goals that ended the run.
PREMIER DIVISION
Elsewhere in the top flight, Regent continued their unbeaten record, beating Running Horse 5-3.
The goals were delivered by Dave Woloszczynski, Richard Plumb, Warren Jackson and Michael Corocan.
Green Baize beat Shield & Dagger 3-1.
Phil Holden netted two fine goals and the ever-reliable Dennis King also scored for the Baize squad.
DIVISION ONE
Walcot were up against Spectrum this week and produced a 1-0 victory over the Division 1 leaders thanks to Adrian Day who delivered the winning goal.
AFC Abbey Rodbourne beat Milton Club 5-0.
Abbey's Adam Storer scored twice and Kelvin Spencer netted a hat-trick.
Lower Stratton and Eastville walked away with a point each after a 1-1 draw. Neil Grave scored for Eastville.
Down Ampney were at home to Trailers and beat them 7-0.
Veteran Dave Toomley led the scoring with a treble, Nigel Packer, Carl Prosser and Graham McGory also scoring.
Green Baize Reserves faced Ramsbury at the lower end of the table and lost 4-1.
Ramsbury's goals came from Jack Turley, Dave Wheeler, Shaun Neville and Charlie Tippins.
A closely-battled match saw Merlin beat Rodbourne 6-3.
Richard Baker scored a hat-trick, Kev Richards, Dave Clarke and a penalty put away by Andrew Porter completed the scoring for Merlin.
