Rail attack charges

TWO Warminster men accused of attacking a pensioner at Bradford on Avon train station were due to appear at Chippenham magistrates' court yesterday.
Alexander Graham, 39, of The Ridgeway and Raymond Lawrence, 24, of Alcock Crest, are both facing a charge of wounding with intent. They are accused of assaulting former BBC editor Ray Beaty, 70, at the station in June.
