Fun open day atWroughton club

WROUGHTON Bowls Club have arranged an open day on Sunday, from 2pm onwards, at which they invite members of the public to try out the game of bowls.
No knowledge or previous experience of the game is necessary as the object is purely to have a fun afternoon. Playing members of the club will be on hand to assist, and all equipment is provided by the club.
The bowling green is in the centre of the village, next to the health centre and the Ellendune Hall.
The club has a junior section with eight boys and girls under 18, and would welcome further young people. Anyone who is interested should turn up on the day.
