DOUBLE winners Mitel finished the Cirencester & District Youth League season with a sound 2-0 midweek victory over fallen champions Highworth.

Stevens netted Mitel's first following an incisive Hobbs pass.

Robertson added a second with a tremendous volley from distance to complete a memorable campaign for under 14 side.

Highworth found some solace with a 7-2 win over Cirencester Juniors at the Rec on Sunday.

Josh Thom made it 3-1 after the break before Ciren reduced arrears again.

But then Parker took centre stage.

The striker grabbed his second at the back post and soon completed his hat-trick on 57 minutes.

Parker added two more to take his tally to five and earn Highworth a comfortable victory.
