Guilty of assault

Graham Brewer, 32, of Oxford Street, Swindon pleaded guilty to an assault in Swindon last December.
He was given a community rehabilitation order for 18 months, on the condition he attend an aggression replacement treatment programme. He was also ordered to pay £55 costs within 28 days.
