QUAD BIKE UP FOR GRABS

HERE'S your chance to bid for a fantastic quad bike and donate to a worthy cause at the same time.

The Evening Advertiser recently held a sporting dinner and auction in aid of the Swindon Cancer Appeal for Macmillan Cancer Relief. The evening, at which Portsmouth manager Harry Redknapp was guest speaker, netted more than £5,000 for the appeal.

However, the quad bike, donated by George White, is back up for auction despite fetching £1,000 at the dinner. The successful bidder, who wishes to remain anonymous, promptly gave the bike back for re-auction to raise even more funds for our appeal.
